You can now pay for web hosting or domain names using our automated online Mobile Money System.
We are glad to introduce automated Mobile Money Payments when you subscribe for a web hosting package or update an expiring package.
What does this mean for our existing and potential clients?
First, increased security. You won't have to complete your transactions offline if you don't have a credit/debit/prepaid card or a PayPal account. Once you place an order, the system automatically sends a Mobile Money Cashout request to your phone number, you receive a message requesting you to input your PIN code, and once that is done, your transaction is complete!
This also entails more speed both in payments from your end and in processing from our end. Before now, we'd usually receive your payment done online, manually go online and match that payment with your account and then activate your service. With the current change, once you pay online with Mobile Money, your account gets updated the very second! No need for any intervention from our part. How awesome is that for you?
To conclude, we understand that some technological developments would still feel cumbersome for some users. If you're one of such and would still prefer completing your payments offline, you can always choose the "Bank Transfer" payment method.
